Hong Kong post-Modern Orchestra Association was established in 2007 with the aim to promote Hong Kong's music culture, popularize music education, and provide professional music education, striving to inherit and cultivate a new generation of Hong Kong musicians. Later, with the development of the association, Hong Kong Post-Modern Music Service Company were established, providing services related to music education and performances.
Key Projects and Vision: Music Education We provide systematic orchestral and music theory courses for children to adults, popularizing music education in Hong Kong and raising the level of music education, fostering musical talents.
Orchestra Training We have established 3 orchestras (2 youth orchestras : Hong Kong Post-Modern Youth Philharmonic Junior Strings Orchestra and Orchestra and 1 adult Hong Kong Post-Modern Philharmonic Orchestra) ,allowing learners of different ages to participate in orchestral ensembles. Through regular rehearsals, performances, and collaborations with foreign guest conductors and famous musicians, we aim to enhance performance levels. Orchestral Performance We hold different forms of orchestral concerts and accept invitations from other groups and organizations to participate in orchestral performances and introductions, thereby promoting Hong Kong music culture and expanding the local orchestral concert audience.
Promoting Local Musicians Through our orchestral concerts, invited performances, and overseas exchanges, we create opportunities for Hong Kong musicians, promoting them and the Hong Kong music culture.
