Governance

ISME has a Constitution and Bylaws which govern all functions of the Society. The Constitution can only be amended and changed through a decision taken by the General Assembly. Bylaws, too, are the responsibility of the General Assembly. The current Constitution and Bylaws were approved at the General Assembly 2018.

Policy Manual

The day to day business of ISME is determined by the Policy Manual - with policies agreed by the Board on a wide variety of activities. Any member wishing to know ISME's current policy on an aspect of business should contact the Chief Executive.
