        Hang Su is an assistant professor in the Department of Music Education at East China Normal University and serves as the Editorial Board Member of The Journal of Future Music Education (Republic of Korea, KCI Accredited Journal). He earned his Ph.D. in music education from The Ohio State University in the United States. His research primarily focuses on early childhood music education, psychology of music performance, and music assessment. Dr. Su has made significant contributions to academic research and teaching and has authored numerous publications, including a monograph on music teacher education published by ECNU Press. He has received multiple national awards in teaching competitions and has been appointed as an expert on the "National Training Plan" hosted by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China multiple times.
