We are pleased to announce that APSMER 2025, the official regional conference of the International Society for Music Education (ISME) in the Asia-Pacific region, will take place from 9th to 11th July 2025 at the Mount Lawley campus of Edith Cowan University, Perth, home to the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA).

The 2025 symposium is proudly supported by the Australian Society for Music Education (ASME) and the ASME WA Chapter.

Conference Theme

The theme for APSMER 2025 is “Being and becoming musical in a posthuman era”.
