Performing Groups Accommodation
Eurovista will be responsible for the accommodation and tour bookings for performing groups during ISME 2010. Please feel free to send us your requests: isme@eurovista.com.cn
All designated 3-star and 4-star hotels reach a certain standard regarding environment, safety, location, hygiene and public transportation and were approved by the ISME International Organizing Committee.
The offered hotels will provide you with fairly convenient transportation and easy access to the China National Convention Center (CNCC) and China Conservatory of Music (CC).
Through our efforts and constant negotiations, there will be a certain number of budget hotel 3-bed rooms available for some of the performing groups during the 29th ISME Conference in Beijing, China. Since the number of such budget hotel rooms is extremely limited, they are only offered to the college student performing groups whose members are in their early twenties and are still not completely financially independent. If you have need for such rooms, please tell us via isme@eurovista.com.cn as soon as possible or otherwise they will run out.
Shuttle buses from hotels to the ISME concerts and rehearsals should be available, confirmation will be posted soon.

ISME Concert Tour Package
To provide you with a memorable journey of music, tour packages ranging from 5 to 13 days are available for all performing groups. The International Organizing Committee arranges 2 concert days for each performing group. Considering the specific schedules and distinct cultural characteristics of Beijing, we are dedicated to offering you a perfect combination of concerts and tour of Chinese culture.
On the two concert days, you will perform your excellent music and have the opportunity to visit respectively the Capital Museum of China and the National Grand Theatre (National Center for Performing Arts).
An amazing egg-shaped construction, National Grand Theatre is a dynamic new icon to the arts in the heart of old Beijing. It is China's new face on the performing arts and a stage for the world's greatest artists. The visit to National Grand Theatre would enable you to enjoy the charm of music and architecture at the same time.
The construction of the Capital Museum itself is a piece of architectural artwork integrating both classical and modern beauty. The concept of the architectural design underlines the harmonious integration of past and present, history and modernism, art and nature. This coincides with the theme of ISME World Conference 2010. You will experience the distinctiveness and uniqueness of Chinese art, which would boost your inspiration a great deal. The Capital Museum is also one of the venues for the fringe concerts of several ISME performing groups.
